Skills Chart

Barbarians, Clerics, Druids, Fighters, Monks, Paladins, Sorcerers, and Wizards gain (4 + Int modifier) x 4 skill points at first level, and 4 + Int modifier skill points for each level thereafter. Bards and Rangers gain (6 + Int modifier) x 4 skill points at first level, and 6 + Int modifier for each level thereafter. Rogues gain (8 + Int modifier) x 4 skill points at first level, and 8 + Int modifier for each level thereafter. Human characters gain an additional 4 skill points at first level, and an additional 1 skill point for each level thereafter.

For each point spent on a class skill [c], gain one rank in that skill, to a maximum of character level + 3. For each point spent on a general skill [g], gain one rank in that skill, to a maximum of one-half of character level + 3. For every 2 points spent on a cross class skill [x], gain one rank in that skill, to a maximum of one-half of character level + 3.

Craft - Trained in craft, trade, or art: alchemy, armorsmithing, basketweaving, bookbinding, blacksmithing, calligraphy, carpentry, cobbling, gemcutting, leatherworking, locksmithing, painting, pottery, sculpting, shipmaking, stonemasonry, trapmaking, weaponsmithing, or weaving.
Knowledge (tactics) - You can use this knowledge skill to better access situations and opponents in battle.

Profession - Trained in a livelihood or a professional role: apothecary, boater, bookkeeper, brewer, cook, driver, farmer, fisher, guide, herbalist, herder, hunter, innkeeper, lumberjack, miller, miner, porter, rancher, sailor, scribe, siege engineer, stablehand, tanner, teamster, weapons trainer, or woodcutter.
Speak Language - It takes a month of game time to learn a new language, in addition to all other training, although no additional monies are required. Common languages, in addition to their foundations and alphabets, are summarized in the languages of Daelund table.
